Adapt or Die : The Future of Volunteers Panel
Exactly one week from today Randal Moss and I will speaking at SXSW on “The Future of Volunteers”. Our panel will feature a frank and honest look at what non-profits need to do to recruit the next generation of volunteers. You know all those ladies and gents that are your Board of Directors right now? Well they won’t be around forever. In fact do you have anyone under 40 on your board? And more importantly is that even what volunteers want to do any more? These are the types of question we will be discussing. We are lucky enough to also have Patty Goldman from March of Dimes, Ford Cochran from National Geographic and Fayandria from Second Life speaking as well.
