You may wish to contact Catherine Crago at semicongroup.com. Catherine is a consultant who knows vast amounts knowledge of global team dynamics. She is a great resource for key elements to success. This was not a panel, it was a core conversation and dozens of people contributed lesson learned. Work dynamics for globally distributed teams is a very important topic for discussion.
